Planning monitoring, learning walks and observation weeks, with a focus on the delivery of new schemes of work continue to enable the leadership team to maintain oversight of the teaching and learning at both Lower and Upper schools, allowing for the professional development of teachers and working to drive forward our vision for ongoing class and pathway development.
