Afternoon Tea
As part of their Preparation for Adulthood curriculum, the 6th Form Hospitality and Catering group and our students from Monet Class, have been learning about food preparation and service.
On the 7th March, students put learning to practice through their successful Spring-themed afternoon tea. The pupils served a mix of hot beverages, cold drinks, sandwiches, scones and baked goods to their customers (parents, carers and staff).
It was a wonderful showcase of all of their hardwork and the food they had prepared tasted lovely!
