Bounce, Bounce, Bounce!

Using trampolines in the Lower School Hall, our Reception Class engaged in Rebound Therapy sessions led by Merton Schools Sports Partnership, where they were taught a series of logical movement patterns, designed to help each pupil continually develop in a stimulating manner which is fun for the pupil. Benefits of the therapy included increased self-esteem and confidence, increased used of the vestibular and proprioception systems, improved core and muscle strength and opportunities for functional communication.
