Children in Need

On Friday 19th November, Perseid School celebrated Children in Need during enrichment assembly.

Prior to this, pupils took part in the school vote between wearing spots and PJ's at Upper, spots got a total of 16 votes and PJ's a total of 38 votes; with Lower pupils deciding to wear whatever makes them feel happy and comfortable. Staff at Upper got in on the action and wore their PJ's to school too!

School Council decided we will do a cake decorating competition, which Jamie and Danielle will judged this year, alongside a mini disco and a spotty fun painting session.

Pupils in Yellow and Orange Pathway had a wonderful morning, doing lots of hard work for Children In Need. They dressed up in what makes them feel happy, made Pudsey art, and baked delicious crispy cakes for the sponsored bake off! It was great to see the pupils enjoying themselves, mixing and exploring the melted chocolate and cornflakes!
We are thrilled that the school raised a fantastic £518 for Children In Need. We would like to extend a thank you to our whole school community for their ongoing generosity and support. All the children and staff had lots of fun celebrating!
