Cross Country Festival

The Merton School Sport Partnership aims to ensure that schools across Merton have access to well-coordinated PE lessons, delivered in abundance and to a high standard. Through competitions and festivals, teacher training, sports coaching and sports leaderships, Merton School Sport Partnership inspires children to be active and enjoy their PE lessons and school sporting activities and Perseid School employs MSSP leaders to deliver some of our PE and sports lessons.

As part of our efforts, Van Gogh Class participated in an Inclusive Cross Country Festival Event, held at Morden recreation ground. The sporting event was a great way for the class to come together and enjoy high quality PE.

We are extremely proud to have now achieved the Platinum award after maintaining the high quality of provision that allowed us to achieve the Gold award, for five consecutive years.
