Deen City Farm
In early November, pupils from the Sixth Form Environment Group visited Deen City Farm.
The purpose of the trip was to explore and identify where plants are planted and growing and the types of plants they have there. The group were intrigued to see plants growing in old baths, boots and tyres.
Pupils also had a great time meeting with the animals at the farm - Kevin loved the sheep and watched them carefully before braving giving them a stroke and although Edgar was suspicious at first of the goats, he found them very amusing and even fed them!
