Fairtrade Learning

In Van Gogh Class, pupils have been learning about Fairtrade through our topic Chocolate. Within Citizenship lessons, the class has visited local supermarkets such as Sainsbury's and Lidl, to examine the variety of Fairtrade products available to buy.

Pupils have found flour, sugar, biscuits, chocolate, cocoa, bananas, tea and coffee. Everyone has had the opportunity to buy an item from the shop making a consumer choice about shopping Fairtrade.
