Festive Celebrations at Lower School!

With the new term well underway, we now have the opportunity to look back at the wonderfully festive celebrations we enjoyed in December at Lower School.

Parents, staff, families and friends were truly treated last term to a wonderful performance of the Nativity: Toby and his Christmas Drum. Pupils told the tale of a young boy called Toby, who prayed and wished for a drum every day. An Angel visited Toby one night and granted his wish. The true purpose of the drum was revealed when the Angel led him to the stable where Jesus was in a manger; Toby went home and woke all the villagers up with his drum, to let them know that Jesus has been born.

Our families and friends also enjoyed spectacular performances from our EYs and KS1 pupils in their class nativities, where we all enjoyed their excellent singing, narrating and their portrayal of the Christmas story.

Well done to all our pupils for their hard-work and a special thank you to our supportive families, friends and carers and our staff body for making the performances possible.
