Governor Mark

We are thrilled to share with our families, friends, staff and local community that we have, again, been successful in achieving the Governor Mark. 

The Governor Mark is a national award that provides external evaluation of the quality of governance in a school and a unique opportunity to evaluate the impact of the work we do, in the outcomes for children. The award allows us to celebrate what we achieve through effective governance, supports our evaluation and continuous improvement and allows us to demonstrate how we strive for excellence. 

The achievement of this award provides evidence of the impact, effectiveness and compliance with statutory responsibilities, that supports the leadership and management judgement in future Ofsted inspections, in addition to providing the chance for our governing board to work together in a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and enabling personal development, ultimately improving our provision for pupils.
