Adeebah
Adeebah has been at Perseid for 16 years and will be moving on to Orchard Hill College. At Perseid, Adeebah has built many special relationships with adults and peers, with her warm eye contact and bright smile. Adeebah’s interest in music has shone during her weekly music lessons, and KS4 drama. She loves educational opportunities such as swimming and visits to the zoo, theatre, and companion cycling and has worked hard throughout her time in Yellow Pathway, exploring how to communicate through gestures, facial expressions, and communication devices such as eye-gaze and switches. Good luck at college and beyond Adeebah, we wish you all the best!
Ama
Ama has been at Perseid for 15 years and will be beginning her college journey at Orchard Hill in September. Ama enjoys dancing at any given opportunity; this love of dancing and performing, has shone through opportunities such as her weekly music lessons, Step into Dance, KS4 drama, and most recently the Talent Show where she captivated the audience with her break dancing. Ama has developed meaningful relationships with both her peers and familiar adults and enjoys greeting them each morning by waving and saying 'hello!'. Over the years we have seen growth in so many areas, especially communication, and Ama won the Jack Petchey award this year for her efforts when learning to communicate with an iPad. Ama, we wish you all the best during your next exciting chapter at college.

Ellis's ability to recall scenes, quotes and songs from Disney and Pixar films is truly impressive, and his enthusiasm is infectious. Whether a spontaneous rendition of a classic song or a perfectly timed movie quote, Ellis brings joy and laughter to those around him. We wish you all the very best for your best next step into adulthood, Ellis
Fahima
Fahima, our Deputy Head Pupil, has been at Perseid School for 10 years and will soon be moving on to Orchard Hill College. Fahima has a keen interest in fashion, hair and makeup, and has enjoyed sharing her creativity and sense of style with us. Fahima loves singing and has been a consistent member of the school's choir, expressing that when she is older she would like to be a pop star! It has been wonderful to see Fahima perform at big events such as the Merton Music Foundation Albert Hall event, our KS4 production, Kings College School Open Doors Event and so many of our talent shows and concerts. In the role of Deputy Head Pupil, Fahima has developed her leadership skills by taking a whole school register every morning, showing special guests around school and representing the school impeccably at important meetings. We thank you and wish you all the very best Fahima.

Throughout his time at Perseid, Jack has enjoyed learning and leisure time with his friends, going on educational visits, swimming and playing sports – at tennis club he developed his throwing and catching skills. Jack thrives during dance, music and drama lessons; it was fantastic to see Jack confident performance in 'Beowulf' at King's College School. Jack is very sociable and has worked hard to use his high-tech device to express his thoughts, feelings and ideas with others. We wish you all the very best as you take your best next step into adulthood Jack.
