Platinum Jubilee
Pupils at Lower School had a fantastic time celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. We had a range of activities in the morning, including cooking and arts and crafts, followed by a 'Playground Picnic'. We were thrilled to be able to welcome parents, carers and families to the event. Everyone had a fantastic time.
Upper school students enjoyed a Platinum Jubilee Street Party where they enjoyed eating the scones they baked with their peers! Students enjoyed reading the story 'The Queen's Hat' and then took part in a trail to find the Queen's hat around school.
Pupils enjoyed 'Question time with the Queen' at our end of day assembly where pupils were invited to ask the Queen questions such as what are your favourite tv programmes, do you say 'scone' or 'scone' and where do you live?
