Some of our sixth form students had a very exciting webinar from Rhian, an employment coach at Seeability to introduce us to their 'Ready, Willing and Able' supported employment programme. The students were supported to begin thinking about possible jobs they might to get experience in when they finish college and what skills they need to develop.
