Perseid School

Sixth Form Environment Group

As usual, it has been a very busy term for the Sixth Form environment group. Pupils have spent lessons alternating between trips into the community to explore various aspects of the environment and work in the Perseid Upper School growing garden.

This term, pupils have ventured on visits to the farm, garden centre and to visit our friends at the local allotments. The group have spent time in the garden whatever the weather may be and have enjoyed planting seeds and tending to the sprouts that grow.

We welcome any parents who would like to generously volunteer their time as budding gardeners to come and help in our garden to plant extra seeds come spring. We are always very grateful!
