The Enchanted Woodland

This term, Turtle Class has been diving into the magical world of our topic, The Enchanted Woodland, as part of the Creative Curriculum. With spring in full bloom, the class has made the most of the lovely weather, taking learning outdoors into Forest School.

The children have been exploring nature with curiosity and excitement, searching among the trees to see what a forest holds. Pupils found leaves of different shapes, twigs, soft moss, and even some tiny wildflowers peeking through the grass. Some listened carefully to the birds singing, while others enjoyed the feel of crunchy leaves and bark underfoot.

As we played forest bingo, each child has had the opportunity to engage with nature in their own way, making our enchanted woodland adventure both creative and sensory-rich. We can’t wait to continue our exploration and see what other wonders springtime will bring!
