The Tate Exhibition

At the end of March, Yellow Pathway KS4 and Sixth Form pupils participated in an exciting programme at the Tate Modern, entitled the ‘I Am Festival’. The fantastic event celebrates the creativity of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, advocating for richer cultural  opportunities for young people and making disability and accessibility more visible in London’s cultural venues. Pupils from Perseid commanded the stage in an exciting interactive sculpture activity, where they asked visitors “How do we relate to one another?” It was an inspiring event and we loved to see pupils immersing themselves in the arts.
