Update on School Closures and COVID-19

 Dear Parents,

Most of you will now know that yesterday, the government ordered schools in the UK to close on Friday afternoon until further notice. Schools will offer a childcare facility from next week in order to look after the children of  key workers and other vulnerable groups.

When we open next week, the services that we will be providing will look and feel very different from regular educational provision. Over tomorrow and Monday, we will plan for how we can safely offer a service to the relevant children.  It goes without saying meanwhile, that all families  will need to abide by current government guidance regarding self-isolation and social distancing. 

We realise that the closure of the school is distressing news.  We will inform you of our arrangements in more detail on Monday and that a pandemic is an extremely concerning time for us all.
