We have achieved PLATINUM!

The Merton School Sport Partnership aims to ensure that schools across the London Borough of Merton have access to well coordinated PE lessons, delivered to a high quality standard and in abundance.

Perseid School has benefitted from a number of exciting opportunities as a result of the partnerships, from competitions and festivals to teacher training and sports coaching, our pupils are inspired to be active and enjoy their PE lessons. 

We are extremely proud to have maintained the high quality of provision that allowed us to achieve the Gold award, for five consecutive years, meaning that we have now attained the Platinum award!

The award not only highlights our commitment to providing pupils with high quality physical education, but also the support and encouragement given to pupils, the development of PE in our core curriculum, opportunities for competitions and the breadth and balance of it offered to pupils.
